IF YOU ARE SICK, COUGHING, SNEEZING, ILL WITH FEVER, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENT. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for illness reasons.
WHEN YOU ATTEND YOUR THERAPY SESSION WITH US WE ARE ASKING YOU TO PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS FOR AT LEAST 20 SECONDS IN THE CLINIC WASHROOM IN OUR BUILDING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEGINS.

By logging into our scheduling program you can see and manage your scheduled appointments for physiotherapy, massage therapy and kinesiology. New patients and clients will be sent an email which allows them to set up their access portal. At this time physiotherapy patients can make appointments by phone only – online booking is not available. Book by phone at 604-467-4675
