Brooke Severyn graduated in 2014 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster.  Brooke grew up in Delta, B.C. and recently moved to Maple Ridge to be closer to family. In her free time Brooke enjoys all weather camping, hiking and is determined to start kayaking this summer. Brooke is thrilled to start building her practice at West Coast Kinesiology and is eager to gain more experience and bring fresh new skills to her clients. She is excited about her newest course, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and will continue to expand her knowledge.

Her practical experience at West Coast Collage included work with Parkinson’s Disease, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis(MS), she focused on relaxation techniques and chronic pain management.  In 2013 while still a student, Brooke volunteered on-site as a Sports Massage Therapist at the Lululemon half and full marathon where she learned a love for sports massage.

Brooke’s focus is currently with Swedish Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release techniques. Brooke’s gentle disposition and “less is more” mentality will put you at ease during your treatment. Finishing with a well-rounded approach, she strongly encourages quality home care, mindful stretching and activities for strengthening the whole body.
